Wabash refrigerated trailers and dry trailers, distributed solely by Bruce Rock Engineering, have proven their operational efficiency for an east coast freight company.

In 2013, a leading east coast transport and logistics company, tendering on a grocery DC contract, was seeking a fleet of new refrigerated and dry van trailers that would optimise operational efficiencies without compromising quality.

Wabash trailers were selected, proving to be up to 30% more efficient in fridge motor fuel consumption. The lower TARE weight also contributed an estimated 2% to 3% savings in prime mover fuel consumption.
