Quitfire is our brand of Compressed Air Foam Systems (CAFS – rapid response firefighting units built for trucks and mobile equipment. Acquired by the Bruce Rock Engineering group in 2026, Quitfire CAFS are designed, built and supported in-house, alongside every other product that leaves our floor.
A Quitfire unit is a self-contained firefighting system that mounts directly to a truck, trailer or piece of mobile plant. When a fire starts, the operator doesn’t wait for a response vehicle, the capability is already on the machine.
What sets the product apart is what it doesn’t have. No pumps. No motors. No gas charging. Compressed air, water and foam concentrate combine to produce a high volume foam that smothers and cools, clings to hot and vertical surfaces, and covers far more ground than the same amount of water on its own. Nothing to prime, nothing to seize, nothing to start under pressure.
For equipment working long distances from the nearest emergency response, that self-contained simplicity is the entire value of the system.
